One Roll Studios

For OIP Insurtech × One Roll Studios - 2026-05-19

Hey team -

From One Roll Studios. We saw the July 1 deadline and started working before you asked. This room is what we made in two days.

We didn’t pitch.
We started.

Not a proposal. The output of two days of working with us, sent before you asked.

01 / Diagnosis

The middle wins only if the website proves the tech.

The category is bifurcating. Automation-first vs services-first. OIP sits in the middle. The next 18 months decide whether OIP is seen as a tech-credible insurtech or as a services play with AI on top. The website is the asset that decides it.

02 / What we noticed

Eight findings. Four per site.

Each finding is what a cold visitor encounters before the actual product gets a chance to land. Full prose, including the “what it costs” and “one direction” for each, lives in the Audit Deck and PDF.

oipinsurtech.com

Finding 01

H1 describes the company, not the outcome

Visitors don't know whether OIP solves talent, tech, or process bottlenecks until paragraph three.

Finding 02

Three service pillars compete for one click

$50K underwriting and six-figure AI deployments share identical 'Learn more' buttons.

Finding 03

Statistics section shows literal zeros

JS-animated counters display '0' before script loads. Social proof becomes social doubt.

Finding 04

Two CTAs, no clear priority

'Let's Talk' vs 'Book a call' vs 8+ 'Learn More' links. CTA proliferation dilutes intent.

boundai.ai

Finding 01

The hero nails the problem but buries the product

Pain statement is sharp; product definition doesn't crystallize until three scrolls down.

Finding 02

The best claim is in the wrong place

'Production Ready. System Integrated.' is buried two-thirds down. It should be a hero argument.

Finding 03

No demo, no trial, no screenshot, no video

100% text and static graphics. Asking for a demo without offering a preview.

Finding 04

The blog has no customer voices

Six thought-leadership posts, zero case studies. Logos without narratives are weak signal.

03 / Scope builder

Pick what you want. The price math is transparent.

No quote forms. No “let’s hop on a call to discuss pricing.” Drag the toggles, see the number, send it to your finance person.

One thing to do.

Book 30 minutes with Kali and Prerit. We’ll walk you through the vision deck in detail and answer whatever isn’t clear above. If after the call you’d rather work with one of the other studios - no hard feelings. You’ll have taken less than an hour of your week.
